I have purchased a product that has not been used. Can I return it?

We will in some instances accept goods back for return. Please contact the returns department via returns@cmsplc.com, giving full details of the item you wish to return, the date of purchase, and the reason for the return. We will then respond to you with the terms applying to that return request. A handling charge will apply to any authorised returns.

Can I purchase goods online and collect in person?

Yes you can collect from our trade counter in Crawley any week day between 8am and 6pm.

I need my order delivered at a specific time. Is this possible?
