Q. I have purchased a product that has not been used. Can I return it?
A. We will in some instances accept goods back for return. Please contact the returns department via returns@cmsplc.com, giving full details of the item you wish to return, the date of purchase, and the reason for the return. We will then respond to you with the terms applying to that return request. A handling charge will apply to any authorised returns.
Q. Can I purchase goods online and collect from either Farnborough or Northampton?
A. We cannot accept payment online for goods to be collected from our branches. You can however place an order via the sales team and pay on collection directly at the branch. Please call the sales team on 01252 379379 for further details.
Q. I need my order delivered at a specific time. Is this possible?
A. We are able to offer specific timed deliveries, although these will incur an additional charge. Please call the sales team for a quote on 01252 379379
Q. My order has not arrived by the scheduled time. Where is it?
